Our co***ny was established in July, 2000 year. We specialiaze in design and manufacturer all kinds of plastic injection mould. And we are a comprehensive enterprise , so we can also make injection and molding, oil spray, sick screen ,pat spray and final assembly.
Our factory building covers about 10 thousand square meters. It was divided into the following 9 departments: Sales depart, Purchasing depart, management dept, Production management, Engineering dept, Design dept, mould dept, oil spray dept, quality control dept.
Our co***ny possesses over 100 mould making equipments including common lathe, automatic lathe, grinding machine, milling machine, drilling machine, welding machine, CNC center, EDM and mirror EDM machine, wire cutting machine, and the precision measurement machine, that is two dimensional measuring machine and coordinate measuring machine. Meanwhile, we have many injection machines.
Among over 300 employees, there are over 60 various professional technicians including 4 senior engineers. We also have a strong designing team, their internet is equipped with advanced software system£»like Pro/e, ug, CAD, solid work and mastercam.
Our products were widely used in automobile, industry, electrical and communication area, and they were sold far to Asia, America, and Europe. Our products quality was guaranteed by Iso9001:2000. Our environment was guaranteed by ISO 14001:2004, we also have our internal environment protection system, that is 5S: (organization, neatness, cleaning, standardization, discipline and training).
Our main customer including: Panasonic, brother, yaskawa, lycro, NEC, Nikon, Sanyo, Mitsubishi, Sony and canon.
